Quotations and orders
Website enquiries are requests for information, not confirmed orders. Pricing, quantities, tax where applicable, design charges, payment arrangements and production timing are agreed in your job-specific quotation. This website does not accept payments.
Artwork and approval
You are responsible for ensuring that artwork you supply may lawfully be printed and that you have permission to use its content. Review all wording, dimensions, spelling and layout before approving the final artwork. Production proceeds after the agreed approval and order arrangements.
Materials, colour and finishes
Materials, paper stocks and finishing options depend on the product and availability. Screens and representative images may not reproduce the exact printed colour, texture or finish. Discuss colour-critical requirements and proofing before production.
Timing, collection and delivery
Production timing depends on specifications, quantity, materials, finishing and artwork approval. No universal turnaround is guaranteed. Collection details, and delivery availability, location, charges and timing where offered, are confirmed individually.
Changes, cancellations and concerns
Contact us promptly if requirements change or you need to cancel. Any costs or options depend on the agreed order terms and production stage. For concerns about a completed print, contact us with the quotation details and supporting information so the issue can be reviewed. Nothing here is intended to override rights provided by applicable law.

Product and machinery visuals are representative, AI-generated imagery, not a claim of ownership of particular machines or evidence of completed customer jobs. WhatsApp and other external services are subject to their own terms.
